Customer Complaints

We work hard to ensure that our customers are happy, but if you do have a complaint please follow our customer complaints procedure.

  1. Email our Support Team on support@mbmltd.co.uk. MBM has a dedicated, experienced team of IT professionals. Please explain to them the nature of your complaint and they will do their best to help. Our team will address complaints within 2 business days.
  2. Email our Technical Director on jason@mbmltd.co.uk. If you do not get a satisfactory answer from our technical team, please Email Jason Timmins, our technical director, for further assistance. Jason will address complaints within 1 business day.
  3. Email our Managing Director on nigel@mbmltd.co.uk. Nigel Mills is the ultimate point-of-contact if you feel your complaint has not been properly addressed. Nigel will address complaints within 1 business day.
